Vegan Garlic Bread (Pan de Ajo)

Pan de Ajo is a beloved staple across Spain: crusty bread slices infused with rich garlic and fresh herbs, baked until golden and fragrant. This fully vegan version replaces butter with good olive oil or vegan spread, keeping all the crisp outside, soft fluffy inside, and bold aromatic flavour — no dairy or animal products needed. Perfect as a side, tapa, or snack.
