It blends the rich, sweet creaminess of ripe mango with the bright, tangy sweetness of pineapple, creating a smooth, creamy drink that tastes like pure sunshine. This vegan version uses only plant‑based ingredients — no dairy, honey, or animal products — keeping all the vibrant, natural flavour and velvety texture without any heavy additives.

đź›’ Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks,, ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Optional: ½ frozen banana for extra creaminess
- Optional: A tiny pinch of turmeric or chili‑lime seasoning for extra depth
- Extra fresh mango cubes, pineapple wedges, and a lime slice to garnish
👩‍🍳 Instructions
- 1
Pour your chosen plant milk into the blender first, then add the frozen mango, pineapple, banana (if using), and lime juice.
- 2
Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth, thick, and creamy. If it is too thick, add a splash more milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
- 3
Taste and adjust — add a little extra lime juice if you want more zing, or a pinch of sweetener only if your fruit is less ripe.

Pour into a tall glass, top with fresh mango cubes, a pineapple wedge, and a lime slice. Enjoy immediately for the best fresh, tropical flavour.
