Vegan Chicha de Jorongo

Chicha de Jorongo is a cherished traditional beverage from Honduras, made by slowly simmering corn with cinnamon and sugar until it becomes smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet. It can be served warm or chilled, with a comforting, mild flavour that highlights the taste of fresh corn. This vegan version uses no dairy or animal ingredients at all, keeping the authentic homemade taste that has been enjoyed across generations.
