Acorda
Acorda is a traditional dish born of Portuguese folk wisdom, a simple dish that transforms leftover bread into a hearty and inviting dish, And it's 100% plant-based! Chunks of old bread soaked in fragrant vegetable broth combine with the strong aroma of garlic, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of fresh coriander. The texture is soft but still has character, the taste is deep savory with a touch of distinctive aroma. This dish is special because it teaches us to appreciate every ingredient, transforming the ordinary into something extraordinarily delicious and always bringing a comforting warmth.
