- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped/thinly sliced
- One stalk of spring onion, finely sliced
- One tablespoon of olive oil/vegetable oil
- One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar/rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable soy sauce
- A pinch of salt, black pepper, and a little sugar
- Roasted sesame seeds for sprinkling
