🛒 Ingredients
- 250 grams of fresh asparagus, remove the hard base
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil / vegetable oil
- One tablespoon of lime/lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- A few toasted sesame seeds (optional for sprinkling)
👩🍳 Instructions
- 1
Wash the asparagus thoroughly, cut off the tough and fibrous base, then cut into finger-sized pieces or leave them whole according to taste.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and slightly yellowish. Don't let it burn so it doesn't taste bitter.
- 3
Add the asparagus, stir well, and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes, until the asparagus is cooked through but still crispy and not mushy.

Turn off the heat, add the lime juice, stir briefly, then remove from the heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately while still warm to maintain the perfect texture and flavor. Your special dish is ready to be enjoyed!
