Dal Vada
Dal Vada is an iconic savory snack from India, made entirely from nuts and spices eggs, milk, or other animal-based ingredients or 100% plant-based! A mixture of various types of lentils that are soaked and then roughly ground, mixed with onions, chilies, and fragrant spices, then formed into flat balls and fried until the outside is crispy. And the inside remains soft and textured. This dish is truly special because it's rich in vegetable protein, has a distinctive spicy aroma, and a savory, slightly spicy flavor that's truly appetizing. It is very suitable as an afternoon snack to accompany a warm drink, an appetizer, a treat for guests, or a nutritious meal that everyone loves.
