🛒 Ingredients
- #The main ingredient:
- 300 grams of oyster mushrooms/button mushrooms, cut into large pieces
- 2 ripe red tomatoes, cut lengthwise
- One large onion, cut lengthwise
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable soy sauce
- One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar/rice vinegar
- One tablespoon of vegetable oyster sauce (optional)
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt, black pepper and a little sugar to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling
- French fries or warm white rice (as a side dish)

Heat oil over high heat, sauté mushrooms briefly until they change color and the water reduces, remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onions until soft, add the garlic until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes, stir briefly then add all the spices and sauce. Cook briefly so that the flavors blend

Add the mushrooms back in, stir quickly for just 1 to 2 minutes so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed and cooked properly.

Adjust the seasoning, remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm with rice or French fries. Your delicious meal is ready to be enjoyed!
