  • 10 sheets of ready-to-use spring roll pastry (make sure it's egg-free)
  • Three plantains, cut lengthwise
  • 80 grams of dark chocolate bar / milk-free, cut into small pieces
  • A little wheat flour dissolved in water (as an adhesive at the end)
  • Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
  • #Additional ingredients (optional):
  • Powdered sugar or cocoa powder for sprinkling
  • Plant-based chocolate milk as a complement

    Take a sheet of spring roll pastry, place the banana slices and chocolate pieces in the bottom center.
