Chokladbollar
Chokladbollar is a legendary snack that is much loved in Sweden, now adapted completely without butter, eggs, or other animal products or 100% plant-based! The texture is dense yet soft, combined with a rich chocolate flavor, fragrant coffee or vanilla aroma, and a sprinkling of crunchy grated coconut on the outside. This dish is very special because it does not need to be baked, is very easy to make, maintains the original rich taste but is not too sweet, And it's proof that classic snacks can remain authentic and delicious made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
