🛒 Ingredients

  • #base layer ingredients;
  • 100 grams of roasted cashew nuts
  • 80 grams of dry grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup/liquid coconut sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • #main layer ingredients;
  • 200 grams of raw cashew nuts, soaked for at least 4 hours then drained
  • 60 ml liquid coconut oil
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons maple syrup/liquid coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • One teaspoon of grated lime peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • Roasted grated coconut, lime slices and chopped cashew nuts (as garnish)

    Make the base layer: roughly grind all the base ingredients, press firmly into the base of a square container lined with baking paper, store in the refrigerator for a while.

    For the base layer: Grind the soaked cashews with the remaining ingredients until very smooth and thick like cream. Pour evenly over the base layer.

    Smooth the surface, sprinkle a little grated coconut, then store in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours until completely solid and set.

    Remove from the container, cut into rectangular pieces, and garnish with lime slices and cashew nuts. Serve chilled. Your special treat is ready to be enjoyed!
