🛒 Ingredients
- #Pap (corn porridge) ingredients:
- 250 grams of fine white corn flour
- 750 ml boiled water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
- #sauce ingredients (hot sauce):
- One onion, finely chopped
- Two cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- One red chili, finely sliced (adjust to your liking for spiciness)
- 400 grams of diced tomatoes/canned tomatoes
- One tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, paprika powder
- Salt, coconut sugar and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- A little water if needed

Make pap: boil 500 ml of water until it boils, add salt and oil.Add the corn flour slowly while stirring continuously so that it doesn't clump. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and cooked through.

Make the sauce: heat oil in a pan, sauté the onions until soft, add the garlic and chilies until fragrant.

Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, and all the spices. Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes, until the tomatoes break down, the sauce thickens, and the spices are absorbed. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the pap warm on a plate, then drizzle the sauce over it. Your dish is ready to be enjoyed!
