Fermented Nut Cheese
Fermented Nut Cheese is a premium plant-based cheese made from high-quality cashew nuts through a natural fermentation process, without animal milk, artificial preservatives or chemical additives. And this time it's made completely 100% plant-based! The texture is soft and dense like cream cheese, with a deep savory flavor, a slight sourness typical of fermentation, and a rich aroma very similar to real milk cheese but much more digestively friendly. This dish is very special because it contains natural probiotics that are good for the intestines, is full of healthy fats and vegetable protein, and is suitable to be enjoyed as a spread on bread, a fruit accompaniment, or as a cooking ingredient.Proving that cheese can still be delicious without harming animals or nature.

🛒 Ingredients
- #the main ingredient:
- 200 grams of raw cashew nuts, soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 1 to 2 capsules of pure probiotics/one tablespoon of fermented cabbage water (sauerkraut) without salt
- One tablespoon of lime juice
- One teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional, for a more savory taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of cold boiled water
- Chopped parsley/Thyme, black pepper or garlic powder (as additional seasoning according to taste)
👩🍳 Instructions
- 1
Drain the soaked cashew nuts, rinse thoroughly with running water.
- 2
Place the cashews, lime juice, salt, nutritional yeast, and water in a blender. Blend until very smooth and thick, adding water if it's still too thick.
- 3
Add probiotics or fermented water, stir slowly and evenly so that the good bacteria are not damaged.
- 4
Transfer the dough to a clean glass container, cover with a clean, damp cloth, store in a shady place or at a stable room temperature for 24 to 48 hours until the aroma of fermentation appears and the taste is slightly sour.
- 5
Once fermentation is complete, tightly seal the container and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours until it solidifies into a cheese-like consistency. Sprinkle with additional seasonings to taste before serving. Your special dish is ready to be enjoyed!
