🛒 Ingredients

  • #the main ingredient;
  • 300 grams of long beans, cut into 4 to 5 cm pieces
  • 50 grams of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped/fried diced tofu
  • One large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 to 2 red/bird's eye chilies, sliced diagonally (adjust to your preference for spiciness)
  • One small tomato, diced
  • Enough vegetable oil for sautéing
  • #seasoning ingredients;
  • One tablespoon of vegetable soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar/granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A little boiled water

    Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant and golden brown. Add chilies and tomatoes, stir-fry briefly until wilted.

    Add the long bean pieces, stir quickly over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add a little water, then add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir well and cook briefly until the spices are absorbed and the long beans remain crispy.
