Come y Bebe is a drink and snack typical of the Caribbean and Central America, completely plant-based and very refreshing. A combination of sweet and juicy tropical fruit pieces, soaked in fresh fruit juice and a squeeze of lime, served chilled with lots of ice cubes. This dish is very special because the name itself means "eat and drink". You can enjoy the sweet, crunchy pieces of fruit while drinking the refreshing sauce, perfect for quenching thirst in hot weather, full of vitamins and loved by all ages.

🛒 Ingredients
- One sweet fragrant mango/gedong gincu, peeled and diced
- One medium ripe papaya, peeled and diced
- One small pineapple, peeled and cut into small pieces
- One lime, take the juice
- 200 ml fresh orange juice without sugar
- 100 ml pure coconut water
- A little coconut sugar/vegetable honey (to taste)
- Ice cubes as needed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Mix all the fruit pieces in a large bowl or tall glass.

Pour in the orange juice, coconut water, and lime juice. Add sweetener if it's not sweet enough, stirring gently.

Add enough ice cubes, you can leave it in the refrigerator for a while so that the fruit flavors are absorbed into the liquid.
