- 100 grams of brown rice / quinoa, Boil until cooked
- One carrot, cut into matchsticks/shaved
- 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise
- One handful of fresh spinach/green mustard greens
- 1/2 sweet potato, diced and then baked/fried briefly
- One tablespoon of sesame seeds/pumpkin seeds for sprinkling

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter/plant-based nut butter
- One tablespoon of vegetable soy sauce
- One teaspoon of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- A little warm water to dilute
