🛒 Ingredients
- #Aloo Tikki ingredients;
- 500 grams of potatoes, steamed until cooked then mashed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch/rice flour
- One small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- #Chaat ingredients;
- 3 tablespoons tamarind sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot green chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons thick, plain plant-based yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sev/thin crackers
- Chaat masala powder And pepper powder to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Mix the mashed potatoes with all the tikki ingredients until smooth and pliable. Take the dough and shape it into a flat ball or thick ball to your liking.

Heat oil, fry the tikki over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and drain.

Arrange the tikkis on a serving plate, drizzle them successively with tamarind sauce, green sauce and vegetable yogurt.

Sprinkle with chaat masala powder, crushed peanuts, sev, pomegranate seeds, and coriander leaves. Serve immediately while they're still crispy; your special treat is ready!
