Pulihora
Pulihora is a very popular traditional rice dish from South India that is completely 100% plant based. Softly cooked rice mixed with fresh tamarind, fragrant spices, and nuts produces a distinctive taste: fresh, sour, savory, slightly spicy, and a strong aroma of spices. This dish is very special because of its rich and long-lasting taste, does not require many side dishes, and is a mandatory dish at various traditional events and celebrations without animal ingredients. Very delicious served warm or at room temperature.
