- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons vegetable soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar/coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar/rice vinegar
- One tablespoon of tomato sauce
- One teaspoon of cornstarch solution
- 50 ml water
- A little salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted
