Gobi Manchurian
Gobi Manchurian is a delicious fusion dish of Indian and Chinese styles, completely 100% plant-based! Crispy cauliflower pieces that are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, drizzled with a thick, savory, sweet, and slightly spicy sauce that is flavored with garlic and ginger. This dish is very special because it turns ordinary cauliflower into a very appetizing dish without animal ingredients, even with a rich taste and satisfying texture. Can be served as a dry snack or a main dish with thick sauce, perfect to eat with fried rice or noodles.
