tofu teriyaki
Tofu teriyaki is a delicious Japanese dish that is simple yet very appetizing, completely 100% plant-based! Firm tofu pieces cooked until the surface is crispy brown, then drizzled with thick, sweet, savory teriyaki sauce that is perfectly shiny. This dish is very special because the outer texture of the tofu is crispy but the inside remains soft, combined with a balanced sauce flavor without any animal ingredients. Very delicious served warm with warm white rice and fresh vegetables, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a practical dinner.
