Pierogi

Pierogi are a delicious and filling traditional Polish dish, this time made completely 100% plant-based! A thin, chewy dough skin filled with a fragrant mixture of mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and vegetables, it can be boiled until soft or fried until the edges are crispy brown. This dish is very special because it maintains its authentic taste and texture, without eggs, milk cheese, or meat, but still has a rich, satisfying savory taste. Very delicious served warm, can be added with a sprinkling of spring onions or a drizzle of onion oil, suitable for main dishes or special snacks.
