🛒 Ingredients
- # Sarson ka Saag ingredients;
- 300 grams of mustard leaves, mustard seeds, clean
- 200 grams of green spinach
- One onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic and 1 piece of ginger, finely chopped
- Two green chilies, sliced
- One tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil/butter
- Salt, pepper and a little sugar to taste
- # Makki Ki Roti (bread) ingredients:
- 250 grams of coarse corn flour
- A pinch of salt
- Enough warm water
- A little oil for baking

To make the saag, briefly boil all the greens, drain, and then roughly mash. Sauté the onion, ginger, garlic, and chilies until fragrant. Add the finely chopped vegetables, a little water, salt, sugar, and pepper. Cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Add the cornstarch and dissolve it in a little water to thicken it. Stir well.

Make bread (roti): mix corn flour and salt, pour in warm water little by little, knead until the dough is soft. Flatten thinly on a clean surface, bake in a pan until golden brown on both sides.

Serve warm, add a little vegetable butter if desired. Your delicious meal is ready to be enjoyed!
