Pine Cone Jam
Pine Cone Jam is a unique specialty of the mountainous regions of northern Europe and the Caucasus, which is completely 100% plant-based! Made from young, soft pine cones, slowly boiled with sugar until the texture is soft and chewy, with a fresh forest aroma typical of resin. With a sweet taste accompanied by a slightly balanced natural bitterness. This dish is very special because it turns rarely used wild ingredients into a jam that is rich in flavor and benefits, without any animal ingredients at all. It's delicious spread on bread, mixed into tea, or served with dessert, bringing a warm and soothing aroma of nature!
