🛒 Ingredients
- 150 grams of fine tapioca flour
- A pinch of salt
- 100 to 120 ml of boiled water
- A little vegetable oil to grease the pan
- Fruit jam / sliced banana / grated coconut / stir-fried vegetables / melted vegetable chocolate / fruit pieces. (As a filling)

Mix tapioca flour and salt, add water little by little while stirring until it becomes a sandy dough that can be held together when pressed.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat and grease with a little oil. Take a handful of dough and spread it thinly and evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
