Maultaschen
Maultaschen is a typical German dish, made entirely 100% plant-based! Thin, chewy sheets of pasta dough filled with a mixture of fresh spinach, breadcrumbs, aromatic spices, and tofu as a meat substitute. This dish is very special because it retains its original soft texture and savory taste, without meat or animal products. Whether boiled, fried, or served with broth, it's delicious, filling, and perfect for a hearty main course.
