- One head of broccoli, cut into small florets
- 150 grams of button mushrooms/oyster mushrooms, clean and slice
- One carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- One clove of shallot, thinly sliced
- One red chili, sliced diagonally (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A little sugar and ground pepper
- One teaspoon of vegetable oyster sauce (optional)
- A little water
