🛒 Ingredients
- 150 grams of white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 100 grams of purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- One medium carrot, coarsely grated
- One teaspoon of fine salt
- 4 tablespoons vegetable mayonnaise
- One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- A little bit of lime flavor

Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, stir well, and squeeze gently. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes until the vegetables release their water, then squeeze out the excess water.

In another bowl, combine the plant-based mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and lime juice. Stir well until the sauce is smooth and the flavors blend.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables, stir gently until the entire surface of the new vegetables is evenly coated.

Cover the container and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the spices are absorbed and the taste is fresher.
