Tumis Kangkung

Tumis Kangkung It is the most popular and loved vegetable dish in Indonesia, made entirely from 100% plant-based ingredients!Fresh water spinach, lightly cooked to retain its crispness and bright green color, is sautéed with garlic, chilies, and a little soy sauce or vegetable oyster sauce. Without animal ingredients, it tastes savory, slightly spicy, and still maintains the natural freshness of vegetables. It's incredibly delicious, quick to make, and the perfect accompaniment to warm rice for any meal!
