- Two firm fresh cucumbers (as main ingredient)
- One clove of garlic, finely chopped (as the main ingredient)
- One spring onion, finely sliced (as main ingredient)
- One tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds (as the main ingredient)
- 1-2 Tablespoon of coarse chilies/chopped chilies (according to your taste), as a seasoning
- One tablespoon of vegetable soy sauce (as a seasoning)
- One tablespoon of rice vinegar/apple cider vinegar (as a seasoning)
- One teaspoon of coconut sugar/granulated sugar (as a seasoning)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (as a seasoning)
- A little sesame oil (as a seasoning)

Cut the cucumber: cut the cucumber into a spiral (you can use a special tool or cut it in a circle without breaking it), press gently so that it is a little flat and a little of the juice comes out.
