Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms It is an elegant and very appetizing appetizer, completely plant-based or 100% plant-based! Using large button mushrooms with the stems removed, they are stuffed with a savory mixture of chopped mushroom stems, onions, breadcrumbs, spices and nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. Bake until the mushrooms are soft and fragrant, and the surface of the filling is slightly browned. Without meat or animal dairy products, it has a very rich taste, a soft texture but still combined with the crunchiness of the filling and is very suitable for serving at special events or everyday snacks!
