🛒 Ingredients
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- One teaspoon of instant yeast
- One teaspoon of coconut sugar
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 60 to 70ml warm water
- A pinch of salt
- Two ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
- 8 to 10 fresh strawberries, halved
- 50 grams of dark vegetable chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoon of chopped nuts or crunchy granola
- A little powdered sugar or toasted grated coconut (optional)

To make the crust: Mix all the ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 30 minutes, then flatten into a pizza-like shape and prick the surface with a fork.

Bake the base: bake the pizza crust at 180°C for 10 minutes until half cooked and the edges are slightly browned.

Assemble the filling: arrange the banana and strawberry slices evenly on the pizza crust, sprinkle some of the dried granola nuts. Bake again for 5 to 8 minutes until the fruit is warm and soft.
