  • 50 grams of rolled oats
  • 120 to 150 ml plant milk (oat, soy, or almond milk)
  • 80 grams of fresh strawberries, some coarsely pureed, some chopped for garnish
  • One tablespoon of chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness and nutrition)
  • One teaspoon of maple syrup or coconut sugar (according to sweetness preference)
  • A little vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberry slices as a topping
  • Chopped peanuts or roasted grated coconut
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
