  • 100 grams of button mushrooms or large oyster mushrooms, cut to taste
  • One small carrot, cut lengthwise or into pretty shapes
  • One purple/orange sweet potato, cut into cubes or thin slices
  • One bunch of mini spinach or watercress, washed thoroughly

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
