🛒 Ingredients
- One medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets the size of chicken wings, wash thoroughly and drain dry.
- 100 grams of all-purpose flour
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- One teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper
- 150 to 180 ml of plain vegetable milk
- Sufficient cooking oil
- 80 ml red hot sauce
- 40 grams melted vegan butter
- One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and a pinch of salt
- Plant-based dipping sauces, such as plant-based blue cheese dressing or plant-based mayonnaise mixed with chopped chives (an additional ingredient)
- Thinly sliced celery stalks

Make the dough: mix all the coating ingredients until smooth and without lumps, the consistency is like pancake batter.

Coat the cauliflower: dip the cauliflower florets one by one until the entire surface is evenly coated.

Fry: heat enough oil, fry over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, remove and drain.

Make the sauce: mix all the tofu ingredients until combined, pour over the warm cauliflower, stir quickly until evenly coated.
