🛒 Ingredients
- One bunch of fresh, wide spinach leaves, choose good, whole leaves, wash thoroughly and drain until dry
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 150 to 180 ml cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock
- Fine salt to taste
- Cooking oil as needed

Make the dough: Mix the rice flour, cornstarch, and all the spices. Gradually add the cold water while stirring until it forms a thick, flowable dough, not too thick.

Dip the leaves: dip the spinach leaves sheet by sheet into the batter until the entire surface is evenly coated.

Frying: Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the spinach leaves one by one until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain the oil.

Serve: let it cool slightly to make it crispier then enjoy immediately!
