🛒 Ingredients
- 250 grams of dried black beans, soaked in water overnight, remove the skin
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- One teaspoon of fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Sufficient cooking oil (usually Brazilian palm oil)
- One red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
- 100 grams of roasted cashew nuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet potato or mashed cowpeas (optional)
- Vegetable hot sauce or special spice sauce
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Grind the dough: put the filled black beans, onion, garlic, salt and pepper into the grinder. Blend until it becomes a thick, unified dough, but don't make it too smooth so there is still a rough texture.
