
Waffle Vegan

🛒 Ingredients
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 200 ml plant milk (soy, almond or oat milk)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or liquid coconut oil
- One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries and fresh black berries (as complementary ingredients)
- Maple syrup or plant-based honey
- A few fresh rosemary leaves for garnish (optional)

Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Mix the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the plant-based milk, oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.

To make the batter: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a whisk until well combined. (don't stir too hard so the waffles don't become hard)

Bake the waffles: heat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil. Pour enough batter, cover the mold and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and the surface is crispy.

Serve: Arrange the waffles on a plate, garnish with fresh fruit, drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy while warm!
