🛒 Ingredients
- 100 grams eggplant, sliced into rounds
- 80 grams of button mushrooms, or oyster mushrooms, cleaned
- 60 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 50 grams of zucchini, Slice
- 30 grams of fresh bean sprouts
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 slice of lime/lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Seasonings: salt, pepper powder, garlic powder, dried oregano to taste
- Tahini sauce or vegetable dipping sauce (optional)

Heat a pan or grill with a little olive oil.

Season the eggplant, zucchini, and mushrooms with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

Grill or sauté vegetables for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
