
Chips and a Sandwich
A classic British vegan dish that is simple, fresh and absolutely delicious. The panini bread is grilled until flaky, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, filled with fresh vegetable filling. Served with crispy fries and a fresh mixed salad, complete with creamy dressing. Suitable for anyone, healthy, filling and very popular as a light lunch or a heavy snack.

🛒 Ingredients
- Panini bread/flatbread
- Vegetable filling (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, olives)
- French fries
- Mixed salad (lettuce, onion, tomato)
- Cream sauce/yogurt sauce
- Salt, pepper, olive oil

Cut the panini bread, fill with fresh mix (lettuce, tomato, peppers, olives) then close it again.

Heat a panini grill/flat griddle. Grill the bread until golden brown and toasted, until slightly dry and crispy.

Fry the potatoes in long strips until golden and crispy. Remove, drain, and add a little salt.

Prepare the salad: mix all the vegetables, add a little olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well

Arrange the plates; cut the panini at an angle, arrange the fries and salad on the side. Place a small bowl of sauce on top.

Serve warm, enjoy while it's crispy
