- Falafel
- Fresh lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes/chopped tomatoes
- Boiled sweet corn
- Carrot sticks
- Peanut sauce/plant-based yogurt sauce
- Pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds
- Coriander/parsley leaves

Prepare Falafel: you can buy it ready-made or make it yourself from ground chickpeas and spices, form it into flat balls, then fry/bake until cooked and crispy.

Thoroughly wash all the vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots. Cut them into desired pieces. Boil the corn briefly until cooked through, then drain.

Assemble the bowl: a base of lettuce, arrange the tomatoes, corn, and carrots around it. Place the falafel on top/in the center.

Add your choice of sauce, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and fresh leaves.

Serve immediately while the Falafel is still warm or cold according to taste.
