🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 200 grams of white tofu, cut into squares, seasoned and then grilled/fried until brown; the main source of vegetable protein
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise, crispy and sweet, rich in Vitamin C
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, gives a fresh and slightly spicy taste
- A few leaves of basil and parsley, fresh green vegetables, provide a distinctive, fragrant aroma and taste.
- 1 pear/pineapple (sliced), baked fruit, gives natural sweetness and soft, aromatic texture
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce/seasoning sauce, to soak the tofu, to give it a savory taste and beautiful color
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Pepper and salt to taste

Boil whole wheat in boiling water with a pinch of salt until tender and the water is gone. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cut the tofu into cubes, soak it briefly in soy sauce, pepper, and a little oil so that the spices are absorbed.

Heat a nonstick pan and grill. the tofu until browned on all sides and slightly crisp. Remove from heat and, in the same pan, briefly grill the pear/pineapple slices until they appear grilled.Then set aside

Prepare a large bowl and arrange the cooked wheat as a base. Arrange the grilled tofu, bell peppers, shallots, basil leaves, and sliced fruit neatly and colorfully.

Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper if you like. Serve immediately while fresh.
