🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chickpeas (boiled)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, long beans)
- 1 Bombay onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seasoning
- 1/2 sendok teh bubuk cabai merah
- 1 teaspoon chat masala seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- 1
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onions until fragrant, add the ginger-garlic paste, and cook briefly.
- 2
Add tomatoes and all the powdered spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili, salt)
- 3
Add the boiled chickpeas and a little water. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat to allow the spices to fully penetrate the beans.
- 4
In a separate pan, sauté mixed vegetables with a little seasoning and salt until cooked but still crispy.
- 5
Arrange the plates: place the rice in the middle, arrange the curried chickpeas on one side, and the stir-fried vegetables on the other side.
- 6
Sprinkle chat masala and fresh coriander leaves on top. Serve warm and enjoy.
