Khaman Dhokla
Khaman Dhokla is a soft, airy, and incredibly tender Indian dish. It has a savory, slightly sour taste and is aromatic with fresh spices. Bright yellow in color, steamed until cooked through, then sprinkled with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Very healthy, light, and perfect for a snack or breakfast.
