🛒 Ingredients
- 20 grains of puri skin
- Kentang rebus 2 buah, haluskan
- 50 grams of boiled peanuts
- 2 cloves shallots, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 200ml tamarind water
- 1 spoon of brown sugar
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Sufficient coriander leaves, finely sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin seeds

Fry the puri skin in hot oil until puffed, hollow, and crispy. Remove and drain.

Mix mashed potatoes, boiled peanuts, shallots, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and compact.

To make the sauce: Dissolve the brown sugar and salt in the tamarind water, then add the ground cumin. Stir until the sour, sweet, and savory flavors are balanced.

Make a hole in the top of each puri, fill with enough potato mixture, then garnish with sliced coriander leaves.

Serve the puri on a plate, pour the tamarind sauce over it just before eating to keep it crispy.
