🛒 Ingredients
- Sweet corn = 1/2 corn, cut into several pieces
- Carrot = 1/2 fruit, cut into rounds or lengthwise
- 2 cabbage leaves, roughly chopped
- Green beans = 3-4 stalks, cut into short pieces
- Garlic = 1 clove, bruised
- Shallot = 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Spring onions and celery = as needed, finely sliced
- Salt = a pinch
- Granulated sugar = just a little
- Ground pepper = a pinch
- Clean water = 350 ml
- Cooking oil = 1/2 teaspoon

Heat a little oil, saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant and wilted. Pour in water, then let it boil

Add the corn and carrot pieces, cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the cabbage and green beans, cook briefly to keep the vegetables crisp and bright in color.

Season with salt, a little sugar, and ground pepper. Stir well and taste to taste.

Finally, add the sliced spring onions and celery, and turn off the heat. The vegetable soup is ready to be served warm.
