🛒 Ingredients

  • 1. Fried peanuts = 50 grams
  • 2. Kacang panjang= 2 sticks
  • 3. Spinach = 1 small handful
  • 4. Water spinach = 1 small handful
  • 5. Bean sprouts = 50 grams
  • 6. Cabbage = 2 sheets
  • 7. Cassava leaves = 2-3 leaves
  • 8. Garlic = 1 small clove
  • 9. Chili = 1-2 pieces (according to taste)
  • 10. Brown sugar = 1 comb spoon
  • 11. Salt = a pinch
  • 12. Warm boiled water = 40-50 ml
  • 13. Sufficient cooking oil

    Wash all the vegetables thoroughly, boil them briefly until cooked through but still crispy. Drain and arrange on a plate.

    Fry peanuts until cooked, remove and cool for a while.

    Grind the peanuts with garlic, chilies, brown sugar, and salt

    Add water little by little while stirring until the spices are thick and the taste is right.

    Pour the seasoning over the boiled vegetables. And the vegetable pecel is ready to eat.
